ERRATA

The print edition of Fall 2000 Newsletter ,on Page 7, ("Paddling Your Own Canoe" by Carl Hertzman) incorrectly described the J Stroke. On the left side of the canoe, the oar should rotate clockwise, while on the right side counterclockwise is correct. This was an error by the editor, not the author.
